Concordia University Chicago (CUC) invites applications for the full-time, exempt position of Programmer Analyst. This position reports directly to the Director of Enterprise Applications and is located in River Forest, IL.
The Programmer Analyst is responsible for the support of administrative offices in their day-to-day use of university applications, the implementation of new university applications / integrations, and assistance with improving processes where identified.
This position is on-site at the main CUC campus but is eligible for hybrid work.
Responsibilities / Duties :
- Banner and Third-Party Application Support
Participate in a weekly support rotation monitoring a Banner Team support phone line, email inbox, and ticketing intake system queuing, prioritizing, and completing support issues as necessary.
Assess / develop the needs and requirements of the project per client provided specifications.
Assess / develop the needs of the integration per vendor specifications and CUC best practices.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems required.
