Administrative Assistant College of Nursing
Position Overview : The Concordia University-St. Paul (CSP) College of Nursing invites applications for an administrative assistant to support and coordinates administrative activities within the Nursing Department on-site in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Essential Duties :
- Provide professional and proactive administrative support to the college's dean, department chairs / directors, department faculty and students across all educational tracks and locations. Examples : Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes, coordinate events, manage supply and educational material inventories, prepare contract requests, maintain vendor and student rosters, prepare communications, and process requisitions.
- Follow administrative systems and procedures for the College of Nursing.
- Proctor exams.
- Assist with clinical compliance tracking.
- Support student admissions processes by preparing student materials for review.
- Support programmatic regulatory and accreditation compliance by assisting preparation and submission of appropriate reports and management of files.
- Interface with students, faculty, and staff in a collaborative and customer friendly manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
