Concordia Activities Board Programmer (CAB)
Please note that this role is for the 2025-2026 academic year
Essential Duties :
- Coordinates and organizes events open to the entire Student Body
- Assists in event management at CAB events
- Engages and invites students to attend all CAB events
- Holds two office hours a week to prepare for upcoming events and activities
- Attends weekly team meeting
- Acts and speaks in ways that support the Concordia University Student Body Constitution and the Mission Statement of Concordia University, St. Paul.
- CAB is particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience or wanting to grow in Social Media Marketing / content creation.
- Arrive to your shift on time and communicate schedule conflicts in advance
- Be open to constructive feedback and work on areas of improvement
- Participate in team-building activities with fellow staff members and student employees
- Complete all university requirements, including submitting timecards by the deadline for each pay period
