Position Overview : Mail Center Assistants help the Site Manager with mailroom duties. This is to ensure we meet CSPS mailroom requirements.

Essential Duties :

• Delivering mail on time and to the correct departments.
• Getting signatures for all delivered packages.
• Retrieve all outgoing mail from each department and return it to the mailroom. Being respectful of faculty and student mail. Clean the glass of all copiers on the mail-run and check Toner levels.
• Helping put away packages as they come in daily and checking school ID and getting a signature from students.
• Ensure all departments are fully stocked with copier paper on the mail-runs.
