Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator for Part B billing (including but not limited to DME/Outpatient billing) out of our Cabot office location. This fantastic opportunity comes with an extensive benefits package!
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for submitting accurate invoices in a timely manner to various payers. In addition, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator follows up on all outstanding accounts by communicating with insurance companies and/or patients.
The successful Accounts Receivable Coordinator candidate must be detail oriented, a critical thinker, be able to multi-task, display strong organizational skills and have excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
- Preferred but not required experience with Part B billing
- Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge and operation of computers
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Impeccable customer services skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience with EMR software recommended.
