Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a LPN Clinical Supervisor for a full-time position which will report into our Administrative office in Cabot, PA.
The Clinical Supervisor – LPN is a licensed healthcare professional that is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately according to state and federal guidelines. The Clinical Supervisor - LPN assists the interdisciplinary team in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care for appropriateness to the individual patient’s needs to ensure that high quality healthcare is delivered.
