Concordville Subaru is looking to hire a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with Subaru, excellent customer service skills, computer skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist service customers
- Perform vehicle walk arounds and document all customer concerns
- Maintain and manage daily records regarding service repairs
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs
- Adhere to company policies and standards
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain CSI standards set by the dealership and the manufacturer
- Ensure that the customer has a positive dealership experience
Qualifications:
- Hard working

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check & drug screening test
- Minimum of 1 year experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
