A successful Vice President / General Manager must possess these skills :
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Must maintain a calm and collected attitude in a fast paced and stressful environment.
The ability to meet timelines, milestones, deliverables, and provide timely updates as identified.
Must have current executive computer use capability.
Must have strong financial acumen and the ability to read financial reports to identify underlying operational issues.
Must have the knowledge and confidence to articulate capabilities to prospective customers and related specifiers.
The ability to formulate and execute business strategies that deliver profitable growth.
A successful Vice President / General Manager must meet these education and experience requirements :
Must have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business / Finance, a Masters Degree is preferred
A preferred candidate would have a minimum of 15 years of experience working for a PCI certified producer or a consulting firm servicing in the associated industry
A Professional Engineering registration is preferred.
Must have a minimum of 15 years of Managerial experience, i.e., President, Vice President, General Manager, or similar
A solid track record of successfully leading manufacturing organizations
