We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume manufacturing and a proven track record in leadership and production supervision, ensuring efficient operations and a commitment to safety and preventive protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of all industrial equipment and machinery, including Fanuc Robots.
- Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring effective operations and addressing any maintenance-related issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure safety, following established safety regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including gearboxes, high and low voltage systems, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing and production supervision, with a strong understanding of industrial equipment and mechanical assembly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team, promoting a safe work environment.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanical assembly, and electrical systems, including gearboxes, high and low voltage systems, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Experience working with Fanuc Robots is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance protocols.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
