ABOUT THE COMPANY: We are seeking a warehouse, shipping, and part sales member to join our team in Ridgefield, WA. This is a very versatile position.
ABOUT THE ROLE: In this role, you will work in the parts warehouse to ensure everything is organized and optimized to sell and ship parts to our customers. You will also work with customers on the telephone and via email to ensure they get the parts they need for their equipment. Every day you will process and ship customers’ orders and recommend parts or services to the customer as well as use a forklift to organize the warehouse. To thrive in this role, you should be highly organized, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast pace and team-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and via email, in an effort to sell company parts and other services.
- Verifiable parts sales experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
- Knowledge of parts inventory.
- A driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 70 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS: Mechanical background. Industry related experience; an advantage. Forklift Operation Certification, an advantage
