- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and train a team of call center representatives to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate and manage relationships with lead providers in the home improvement sector to generate quality leads and drive business growth.
- Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, & attract new customers.
- Performance Metrics : Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and report findings to executive management.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports to executive management on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Preferred, but not Required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving successful marketing campaigns.
