Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Demolition Chief Estimator at Industry Standard in Syracuse, NY. The Demolition Chief Estimator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of estimating for demolition projects, including analyzing project plans, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Project Management skills
- Knowledge of demolition techniques and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with construction software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- OSHA certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,642.30 - $74,235.88 per year
