Position Summary:
As a Facility and Pipeline Drafter, you’ll transform engineering concepts into precise technical drawings for facilities and pipelines. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting high-quality project execution. This role requires expertise in drafting software, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Drawing: Create detailed schematics and layouts for oil and gas facilities, pipelines, wellsite's, and equipment, collaborating closely with engineers and project managers.
- Facility and Pipeline Design: Develop 2D and 3D drawings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Drafting Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and related software efficiently and stay updated on software enhancements.
- Documentation Management: Organize, manage, and track drawing files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks to ensure drawings meet design standards before submission.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in drafting workflows for better efficiency and accuracy.

Pay: $72,399.26 - $87,190.51 per year
