Concrete Frame Associates is searching for a full-time HR and Payroll Administrator for our Aurora, CO office to work in a fast-paced office environment, independently performing a variety of administrative responsibilities supporting complex concrete construction projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Coordinates with superintendents and managers to collect, review, and upload weekly timecards.
- Processes weekly payroll after ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll laws, managing taxes and employee deductions, and generating payments to over 300 employees.
- Proactively reviews projects, deductions, and payroll metrics to identify opportunities to promote company operations and ensure financial accuracy.
- Assists employees with company benefit plans as needed.
- Works with management to process irregular employee payments for terminations and bonuses.
- Ensures the correct remittance of payments to unions and government agencies for head taxes and garnishments.
- Prepares and submits weekly certified payroll reports for prevailing wage projects.
- Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Qualifications :
