Polished Concrete Field Agent / Lead Field Agent – Concrete Intelligence Agency
Mission Briefing
As a Field Agent for the Concrete Intelligence Agency (CIA), you are the boots on the ground, executing mission-critical installations with precision and efficiency. Your primary objective: deliver top-tier workmanship, coordinate seamlessly with other trades on site, and maintain direct communication with customers and Special Ops Officers to ensure mission success. Whether executing polished concrete finishes, coatings, or other specialized contracting scopes, you are the agency’s field intelligence, ensuring every operation is completed with tactical precision.
Primary Directives
Quality Execution: Perform expert-level installation across a variety of contracting scopes, ensuring precision and durability in every project.
On-Site Coordination: Communicate effectively with other trades to streamline workflows and avoid mission conflicts.
Project Intel Relay: Provide real-time updates on project progress, challenges, and changes to the Special Ops Officer for quick decision-making.
Client Engagement: Serve as the on-site agency liaison, keeping customers informed, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Problem-Solving & Adaptation: Address site challenges with a proactive mindset, adjusting operations as needed while maintaining efficiency.
Lead Field Agent Role (If Applicable)
Team Leadership: Guide and support junior Field Agents, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
Resource Coordination: Work closely with the Tactical Officer to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available as needed.
Training & Mentorship: Assist in onboarding and training new agents in CIA-standard installation techniques and protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Experience in construction, concrete coatings, polishing, or related trades
✅ Strong ability to work independently and within a team
✅ Excellent communication skills for client and crew interactions
✅ Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing project conditions
✅ Ability to read plans and execute tasks efficiently

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
