The Shop Manager/Tactical Officer is the backbone of field readiness at Concrete Intelligence Agency (CIA). Your mission: ensure that all critical assets, including mission-ready equipment, vehicles, and tools, are in peak operational condition. Precision, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving are key to this role. You’ll be the mastermind behind shop logistics, maintenance schedules, and fleet readiness—ensuring that every operation runs smoothly, every tool is accounted for, and every mission is given the tools for success.
Primary Directives
Equipment Readiness: Schedule and perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs on all mission-critical tools and machinery. Maintain detailed service records and track performance. Communicate issues with necessary mechanic(s) and coordinate repair(s).
Fleet Command: Oversee the maintenance and documentation of all trucks and trailers, ensuring compliance, organization, and readiness for deployment.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with Special Ops Officers to secure and distribute project-specific tools and materials, preventing supply chain failures on active missions.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational shop environment, ensuring rapid response times for all field needs.
Intel Management: Maintain spreadsheets tracking machine performance, repairs, and resource allocation for ultimate transparency.
Financial Recon: Relay accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP) details to Stealth Support for seamless financial tracking and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Experience in equipment maintenance, fleet management, or shop operations
✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
✅ Ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple priorities
✅ Proficiency in spreadsheets and digital record-keeping
✅ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
✅ Knowledge of construction tools, machinery, and truck/trailer maintenance is a plus
