Full Job Description:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for collaborating with internal departments to deliver solutions and provide quality service to new and existing customers. Develop and present marketing proposals. Help create new customers at the local and regional levels, follows up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, increase existing business, and obtain referrals. Prospect for new customers via phone and in-person within relevant industries to present and close on services. Most leads/estimates will be provided from in house marketing. This position has a base salary commission potential bonuses.
- Applicants must have the ability to lead generate and follow potential leads.
- Develop and present marketing proposals.
- Potential to make $100k per year.
- Paid training, company vehicle, company cell phone, company tablet, Simple IRA with company match, and health insurance are all included with the position.
- Base salary Commission Bonus pay
- No cap on commission earned.
- Mostly independent position. No micromanaging.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients at their location and explain services we offer that will provide them with the best cost-effective solution.
- Create accurate quotes while onsite using our online system that includes pictures, measurements, and notes that show potential clients clear/exact details and prices.
- Identify all areas at each location that can be fixed with our process but also know which areas cannot be fixed and answer questions.
- Negotiate to close the sale when needed.
- Making sales calls, emailing, and meeting in person with customers to procure working relationships.
- Most leads are provided by the company.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Salary : $45,000 - $145,000
