Through their ability to provide unparalleled customer service, they help increase client profits by ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery.

Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Team Member will be the dominating factor in creating a positive first impression by engaging with customers directly daily
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every customer feels valued and supported at every step of their sales and enrollment with our clients products and services
- Stay organized by keeping track of interactions, account management, sales orders, feedback, and resolutions in our system for seamless follow-up
- Responsible for managing sales pipeline, tracking outcomes, wireless production and ensuring success through regular feedback.
- Keep finding ways to improve by identifying trends in client issues and collaborate with the team to improve our processes
Customer Service Team Member Skills/Qualifications:
- Engaging communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and clients
- Experience in customer service is great, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn just as much
- Previous background in a sales or customer facing role
- Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement
- A customer-first attitude with problem-solving instincts
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
