What we’re looking for: Accounts Receivable, Collections & Payroll Manager
Role Description: Responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable, Collections and Payroll operations at CRM - including hiring and training office staff.
Accounts Receivable operations generally include bookkeeping, preparing monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, assistance with tracking and reporting of capital projects and fixed asset activity, assistance with monthly inventory close, account analysis in connection with monthly closing of the books, preparation of quarterly and annual audit schedules and billing/invoicing accounts receivable.
Collections involves debt collection, liens, pre-liens, and cross communication with accounts payable.
Payroll operations generally include employee relations, overseeing employee benefit plans, maintaining records of all transactions and overseeing payroll services - including vacation, sick leave, worker’s compensation, 401k, etc.

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of business accounting and software integration – Sage 100 Contractor.
- Sitting, standing and moving throughout the day and ability to lift approximately 10 lbs multiple times throughout the day as needed (files, mail, etc.).
- Ability to speak, read, and write English. Even better if bilingual (Spanish).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Mathematical skills.
- Problem solving skills and reasoning ability.
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week.
