About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data to support the operational needs of the organization. Your work will be critical in ensuring data integrity, streamlining processes, and maintaining our company’s high standards for information accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $50,000 / yr - $60,000 / yr
Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.
Discretionary Annual Bonus : Subject to company performance and individual contribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Review / Upload Incoming Cost Management Reports (CMRs).
- Check Gain / Fade Status and set up Gain / Fade meetings as appropriate.
- Provide verbal and / or correspondence assistance to internal leadership and Project Management team to resolve CMR issues.
- Manage Report and Data Files
- Run Weekly Data Reports and distribute by email.
- Update and Upload Weekly Power BI Data.
- Cost Management.
- Add new cost codes in Cost Management systems as required.
- Set up cost codes for projects.
- Track Organizations Miscellaneous Project Profits.
- Accounting – Add journal entries for misaligned costs as directed by Project Managers.
