KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and conduct training throughout the organization on safety and coaching curriculums to ensure workforce knowledge and readiness
- Administer and evaluate safety programs and ensure enforcement pertaining to plant and workforce regulations
- Administer, evaluate, and coach workforce through various technology and data collection programs to ensure a safe work environment
- Conduct plant, vehicle, and personnel safety inspections
- Administer safety reporting and tracking software programs
- Conduct New Hire training in accordance with our company policy.
- Attend all onsite safety meetings with all vendors
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated prior coaching/training proficiency
- Prior professional driving experience
- Prior professional safety administration and/or instructional experience preferred
- Knowledge and familiarity with safety regulations associated with professional driving and construction-related businesses
- Demonstrated proficient abilities with Microsoft Office environment to include Word, Excel functionality
- Valid Class “C” drivers license with exceptional driving record
- Must be willing to relocate. Expectation will be to live close to the jobsite.
- Able to physically lift, carry up to 50 lbs., reach and work above shoulder level
- Able to inspect/climb to heights above ground level, bend/stoop/crawl
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal)
