Main Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate assigned ready-mix trucks or material trucks, adhering to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver materials in a professional manner, verifying specifications and order compliance before completing delivery.
- Regularly inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure they are properly maintained and serviced, performing minor repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily inspection reports and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other stakeholders regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during transportation.
Requirements
- A valid CDL driver's license and relevant endorsements.
- A clean driving record, free from adverse insurance risk ratings or premium increases.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with construction or ready-mix experience.
