Job Description
Manage all sales operations in successfully meeting quarterly / annual sales targets while developing strategic plans and relationships to expand our customer base.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing sales department staff operations.
- Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.
- Ensure sales department staff are communicating with clients to best understand the client's needs and present the company as a solution to their project.
- Establishing a sales training program to train new and existing employees.
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Work with Marketing (Internal or 3rd party marketing firms) to develop and implement these strategic plans.
- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices, marketing initiatives, and other competitive advantages.
- Meet with potential clients (Architects, Interior Designers, Developers) to develop new relationships and expand the customer base.
- Maintain and cultivate lasting relationships with past and existing customers to grow customer loyalty for repeat projects.
- Host and present in person or virtual AIA course or Lunch & Learn style presentations.
- Coordinate, plan, and represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Host Monthly Sales meeting with CEO and DoO to review previous month performance and assess upcoming sales targets.
