Who We're Looking For
We're excited to add a ServiceNow Systems Engineer to our team. In this role, you'll provide technical consulting services to clients, contribute to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components, and support the efforts of more experienced consultants. You'll play akey consultativerolewith external clients working with the key stakeholders and business as it relates to operations and integration.

What You'll Do
- Ensure best practice adherence for core system setup, development, security, tuning and performance
- Provide subject matter expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ITIL processes inside of ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
- Configure Application UI and configure flow / orchestration automations
- Facilitate and support development with testing phases
- Submit daily hours billed to cloud-based project management software, Kantata, for time tracking
- Coordinate release planning and implementations
- Maintain and continuously improve the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
- Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a dev / test / prod environment that is reliable
- Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
