Position Overview:

We are looking for a Support Team Member who shares our core values and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the financial advisory industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Centric Support: Provide best-in-class service to our advisors and their staff, ensuring they have a seamless experience when using our services and technology.
Ticket Management: Manage the ticketing system in accordance with published Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests.
Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process for new advisors, helping them navigate our systems and tools efficiently.
Training and Education: Collaborate with team members to educate them on the effective utilization of available tools and resources, promoting competence and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the All Stars and additional field staff to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall advisor and client experience. Share insights and suggestions for process improvements.
Communication: Effectively communicate important projects, events, and updates to the entire team, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a support or advisor service role is required.
- Previous experience in financial services, 4 years required
- Custodian experience is required. Ideally with Fidelity, Charles Schwab and/or Goldman Sachs.
- A self-started with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with financial technology and software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile work environment.
Job Type
- Full-time, Exempt
- $75,000-$85,000 base per year, dependent on experience, with additional semi-annual performance bonus opportunities
Location / Schedule
- This position will work from our Tampa, FL home office.
- Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
- Occasional evening/weekend hours may be requested.
- Up to 10% Travel may be required for this role.
