This a critical strategic and cross-functional leadership role within the Commerce organization, reporting to the SVP of Commerce. This individual is responsible for identifying and enabling strategic growth initiatives with internal and external partners, driving towards ambitious growth targets. This highly collaborative position works across editorial, audience development, consumer revenue, corporate strategy, product & technology, data analytics, partnerships and finance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build structure and alignment across internal teams to deliver sustainable growth in Commerce
- Collaborate with the Portfolio 1 (Vogue, GQ, CNT, AD, Allure) and Portfolio 2 (Wired, Glamour, Bon Appetite, Epicurious, SELF) leads to provide best-practices, recommendations and support functions to tactically drive revenue
- Support brand strategy initiatives led by Corporate Strategy
- Identify and scope innovative opportunities to diversify Commerce revenue streams and future-proof the business
- Unlock global market initiatives and opportunities
- Develop transformational commerce content and technology partnerships
- Set up operational processes including management of existing and new strategic partners
- Lead content and platform initiatives in social and community-led commerce
- Collaborate with the Product & Technology team to develop the commerce platform, user experience and performance metrics
- Manage delivery and roll-out of Product initiatives
- Manage Commerce tentpoles globally to maximize opportunity
- Manage external marketing agencies across CRM, SEO and paid marketing
- Assist in all financial budgeting and forecast tasks
- Scope requirements for Data Analytics and reporting to inform business decisions
- Collate executive communications and presentations
