This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources including HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, & Internal communication/organizational development. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills that will contribute to your career development.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records  Support employee onboarding process  Assist in management of I9’s  Assist in internal promotion process  Assist with HR-related administrative tasks  Assists in refreshing job postings  Help build talent pipelines and talent attraction relationships and community partners Assist in reviewing and screening of qualified candidates Assist in the development of training communications Assist in the development of e-learning content   Keys to Success:  Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or related field  Your communication skills will shine brightly (both written and spoken).  Eagerness to learn and showcase instructional design skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism  Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the HR team  Previous HR or office experience in a plus but not required    Join Our Team:  Our story began in 2014 in Columbus, Ohio, and has since exploded into a taco phenomenon with 40 locations across the Midwest and beyond.
