Responsibilities :
Complete daily duties within the assigned time limits for specified tasks.
Work with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work in multiple areas.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Ability to use a hand jack and electric pallet jack and electric pallet lift, up to 3 stories
Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry and lift up to 50-75 lbs.
Work in various temperatures
Proficient in math skills (multiplication, addition, subtraction
Utilize downtime to maintain organization and cleanliness of all picking equipment and facilities
Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
Strong oral and written communication skills (bilingual a plus!)
Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
Ability to understand and follow directions
Have dependable transportation
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk to 4-8 hours at a time.
Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping, and bending and twisting.
Team members will frequently push and pull and reach above the shoulder.
Team members will frequently kneel or squat depending on the station.
This position will seldom require fine hand manipulation or climb / stairs.
Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-25 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 25-50 pounds and rarely lift over 50 pounds.
