Purpose of Role
The Evaporative Media Technician is responsible for ensuring correct removal and install of Evaporative Media in various HVAC equipment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level. - Perform replacement of evaporative media in HVAC equipment
- Cleaning of unit to include header piping and associated components
- Perform minor repairs to units relevant to replacement of evaporative media
- Escalate to team lead and management any issues encountered during course of work
- Work within critical environments without causing unnecessary disruption to customer infrastructure
- Adhere to customer security guidelines
- Interface with customers in a professional manner
- Adhere to the company’s Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
