Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Execution: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and the needs of our diverse customer groups. Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Customer-Centric Development: Engage deeply with auditors, carrier relationship managers, and enterprise customers to understand their needs, workflows, and pain points. Translate these insights into impactful product solutions.
- Metrics and Performance: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for each customer group, driving visibility and success.
- Prototype Development: Create basic prototypes to validate assumptions about user needs and workflows, ensuring products address critical requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and analytics teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Technical Excellence: Leverage proficiency in Python and SQL Server to analyze data, validate solutions, and guide technical teams.
- Market Expertise: Stay abreast of trends and innovations in the logistics space to inform product decisions and maintain ConData's leadership position.
- Documentation and Communication: Prepare clear and concise product requirements, roadmaps, and updates. Foster alignment among stakeholders through exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred but not required.
- 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or related domains.
- Proven ability to launch and scale products for large enterprise customers.
- Experience building products for internal customers, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business value.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL Server for data analysis and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Tableau for developing logistics insights.
- Excellent written communication skills to craft compelling product documentation and updates.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development.
- Passion for bringing a high level of rigor to internal product development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
