Project Management Analyst Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will utilize Power BI to develop and maintain dashboards, providing actionable insights on project performance and metrics. They will analyze project data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas of improvement.
A key responsibility will be to produce regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel and other Microsoft Suite tools to aid project management. The ideal candidate will also utilize SharePoint to centralize project documents, ensuring easy access for team members and stakeholders.
In addition, the Project Management Analyst will assist in streamlining communication and collaboration within the project team using products such as Microsoft Teams. They will maintain documentation of project processes, best practices, and lessons learned.
The role requires continuous evaluation of project management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights and work closely with the project management team to implement and monitor these improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI
