We are now seeking an Accounts Receivable\Collections Clerk
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders by processing accounts receivable transactions and assisting others as needed
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where creative thinking, problem solving, analysis, efficiency, autonomy, and initiative are required
- Review AR aging - monitor / advise supervisor on issues trending 60 days
- Collections processing - calls to outstanding accounts
- Maintain customer files and notes
- Maintain all accounts receivable reports and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate customer information in our software
- Do all monthly reports timely and accurately
- Support accounting department team in other data entry capacity, as needed
