COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER
FULL TIME POSITION OVERVIEW:
Office based, Community Manager.
A fast-paced, detail-oriented position as a Community Manager of condominium associations. You must be competent and cheerful, fast on your feet, and have the ability to multi-task. Professional appearance, friendly disposition, strong computer skills and attention to detail required. Knowledge of condominium management is essential. CMCA qualification needed. You will be working first-hand with homeowners, vendors and our clients.
Salary: commensurate with experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Read, review and have a good understanding of Association governing documents, including but not limited to Declarations, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, as well as Ohio and federal statutes relating to Community Associations.
-promote and maintain a high quality of customer service.
-submit work orders to association vendors and service providers, as needed.
-research, create and disseminate communications to owners via newsletters, emails and the web regarding Association activities and policies.
-evening work attending meetings in person and virtual.
-on call regarding emergencies for your portfolio.
Good understanding of Microsoft products.
