Hiring bonus (see below for details):

The bonus is paid as follows: $600.00 on 90 days of continuous employment. * *Restrictions Apply; no call offs and/or no shows, no tardiness, or failure to complete all required reports including proper timekeeping.

Minimum Qualifications for Armed Security Officers:

• Must possess and maintain BSIS California Guard Card Certification Must possess and maintain a California Issued Exposed Firearm Permit
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Armed Officer: 3 years (Required)
• Baton Permit (Required)
• Taser Permit (Required)
• OC Certification (Required)
• Hand cuffs (Required)
• Knowledgeable in general security industry standards and methods
• Valid Driver’s License
• Employment is contingent on successful completion of background check
• If prior military, must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities for Armed Security Officers:

• Conducts foot patrols
• Utilize our tour tracking software in the performance of daily duties
• Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, as needed
• Collaboration with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Maintain visitor and employee access logs
• Maintain a professional appearance

Physical functions and working environment:

• Frequent extended sitting, standing and walking
• Frequent climbing stairs, ramps, and occasionally ladders
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling
• Frequent reaching and grasping
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Occasional running

Employment is conditional upon successfully passing the required background check and pre-employment drug screen.
