Pay and Benefits for Armed Security Officers:

• $20-$23 an hour

(Competitive rates paid for 10 yrs. Military and LEO / Corrections EXP.)

The bonus is paid as follows: $600.00 on 90 days of continuous employment. *

Minimum Qualifications for Armed Security Officers:

• Armed: 3 years (Preferred)

• Must possess and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law (Level 2)

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent

• Baton Permit (Required)

• Taser Permit (Optional)

• OC Certification (Required)

• Hand cuffs (Required)

• Knowledgeable in general security industry standards and methods

• Valid Driver’s License

• Employment is contingent on successful completion of background check

• If prior military, must provide DD214 honorable discharge document with discharge status upon job offer

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities for Armed Security Officers:

• Conduct foot patrols

• Utilize our tour tracking software in the performance of daily duties

• Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, as needed

• Collaboration with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

• Maintain visitor and employee access logs

• Maintain a professional appearance

Physical functions and working environment:

· Frequent extended sitting, standing and walking

· Frequent climbing stairs, ramps, and occasionally ladders

· Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling

· Frequent reaching and grasping

· Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds

· Occasional running
