Customer Service and Product Support Associate
The primary function of this position is to resolve customer’s product related issues, including
order status, warranty, technical FAQs, and product specification questions related to our pump and
compressor controls product lines. As the primary frontline contact for our customers, you will
fulfill an essential role by providing the best possible overall customer experience with the goal
of high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
The location is in-person at our South Charlotte office. The position is full-time and reports
directly to the General Manager. The position can transition to hybrid for a highly motivated
self-starting employee.

Requirements :
Associate or bachelor’s degree.
General mechanical aptitude is a bonus.
Problem solver who enjoys interacting with others.
Good telephone skills and previous customer service employment are helpful.
Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of a team with a positive, can-do
