What the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative does:
- Collect information from candidates and qualify them for the TruConnect program
- Explain program requirements accurately, follow up with clients to ensure you are meeting their needs, and collect all documentation needed for enrollment
- Provide guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates
- Support the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative team by accurately updating and reviewing customer account information
- Empathize with customers’ concerns and find satisfactory resolutions to any complaints that may arise
- Attend daily meetings alongside fellow Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representatives to sharpen customer service skills and ensure a thorough understanding of the program
What we are looking for in an Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative:
- Must be 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a relevant customer-facing role
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- A history of volunteering or fundraising is a plus!
This role is an entry level position with significant opportunities for advancement. Please note that the position requires travel to our onsite location.
