Swim Instructor

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking swim lessons instructors who share our passion for the sport and are excited to develop our next generation of youth athletes. We also need lifeguards to supervise our lessons program and swim team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups, ranging from beginners to pre-competitive swimmers.
• Implement lesson plans designed for our skill groups.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their swimming skills.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Swim Instructor or similar role.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques.
• Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching swimming.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

About us

We are the most accomplished USA Swimming club in Rockland County with over 40 years of history including USA Swimming Bronze Medal Status, former USA National team member, Junior National Champion, multiple Olympic Trials qualifiers (20 years straight), and NYS high school champions (4 in 2023-2024). Our age group swimmers (14 & Under) have had similar regional and national success.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
