We're seeking an experienced Social Media & Communications Creator to partner with our executive team, primarily our CEO, to develop and execute a comprehensive content and communications strategy. This role will focus on elevating our executives' thought leadership presence through social media, content creation, and speaking engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan Development: Develop and implement CEO communications plans that align with our business goals, brand identity and corporate culture.
- Social Media Content Development & Management: Create and manage executive social media profiles, particularly the CEOs, with engaging, authentic content.
- Video Content: Conceptualize, script, and produce video content featuring our executives to share across appropriate social channels.
- Thought Leadership Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread compelling thought leadership articles, scripts, blog posts, etc. on behalf of executives for publication on our platforms and in industry publications.
- Speaking Engagements: Identify and secure strategic speaking opportunities at industry conferences and events, and prepare talking points, and supporting materials.
- Messaging Strategy: Work with executives to develop consistent messaging that highlights our product innovation and market leadership.
- Project Management: Manage the logistics and coordination of executive communications activities and ensure consistency and quality across all channels and platforms
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, communications or PR with focus on executive communications
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages and tone for different audiences, channels and formats
- Proven track record of building executive presence on LinkedIn and other social media
- Video production knowledge and experience, including strong knowledge of video best practices for LinkedIn
- Experience working with senior executives and C-level leaders
- Experience securing speaking engagements and preparing executives for public appearances
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and executive schedules, with ability to pivot quickly as business needs evolve
- High level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to generate and implement new and original ideas for executive communications
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS industry trends and thought leadership landscape

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $66,000 - $88,000 per year.
