Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies for potential renewable energy projects.
- Analyze geographical, environmental, and logistical factors to determine site suitability.
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of renewable energy systems. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for installed renewable energy systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Perform basic to moderate surveying and necessary measuring to check line, grade and dimensions of roadway, and structural elements.
- Ensure all materials associated with installation are in accordance with approved submittals and product data to ensure compliance with job site specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Collaborates with Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and operation manuals.
- Assist in the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and local communities to ensure smooth project execution and address any concerns.
- Provide training and support to clients and users on system operation and maintenance.
- Assist Superintendents with the supervision of subcontractors, ensuring a safe and productive environment, and that cost is controlled.
- Complies with necessary information to complete an operations and maintenance file that includes information relating to subcontractor contact information, warranties, and operation instructions for all site components.
- Manages and maintains a production log, identifying areas of concern and their resolutions.
- Inspects the work on site and completes a final punch list.
- Complies with all company policies.
