We're seeking a talented Content Marketing Associate to drive late-stage conversions through compelling product narratives and customer success stories that resonate with our B2B tech audience. In this role, you'll specialize in[- translating complex product capabilities into clear, persuasive copy that moves prospects from consideration to decision. You'll craft high-impact materials that help potential customers validate their choice and understand the concrete value our solution delivers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging product copy for website pages, feature announcements, email campaigns, landing pages, and more by translating technical product capabilities into engaging and direct short-form copy
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of customer stories by proactively partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management teams to identify compelling customer wins
- Interview customers and craft compelling case studies and success stories that showcase real-world impact
- Translate customer stories into different mediums like slideware, social posts, and more to be distributed across channels
- Partner with channel owners to ensure customer stories are effectively distributed and accessible to internal teams for sales enablement
- Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and content leadership to ensure messaging consistency
- Create and optimize copy based on data insights and A/B testing results
- Review copy with a discerning eye, editing or rewriting as needed
- Keep up with the marketing industry and deeply understand Conductor’s market position and value
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product writing and storytelling abilities
- Experience writing customer case studies and success stories
- Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Understanding of SEO best practices and writing for web
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling benefits
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Asana proficiency a plus
- 4-year BA/BS degree

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $60,000 - $79,000 per year.
