Marketing Events Coordinator

What You’ll Do
- Support the team on work back schedules, calendaring, catering, swag, promo materials.
- Support pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing plans and logistics from conception to completion. This includes A / V, set-up, quality control, shipping, logistics, transportation, and more.
- Support development, management, and execution of assigned projects.
- Contribute to regular reporting of event status.
Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose headquarters 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base Pay Range : $30 - $40 USD
