ConductorOne is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of engineers as they build, launch and maintain new products and features. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager with strong technical instincts, and who enjoys building fast-moving teams and solving a new problem every day.

- Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for building, shipping and maintaining new product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the ConductorOne user experience and make ConductorOne a joy to use.
- Drive team performance, mentoring engineers, and ensuring that the right processes are in place to foster high productivity and innovation.
- Own hiring and team-building efforts to ensure the organization grows with top talent.
- Think like an engineer to monitor and optimize internal workflows and processes for maximum productivity and throughput.
