Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fraud Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for resolving multi-product fraud related client requests in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify potential fraudulent situations and suspicious activity through the monitoring of card alerts and fraud prevention reporting.
- Process disputes and fraud claims in accordance with client policies and guidelines.
- Escalate items requiring risk review, exception handling or further analysis through appropriate channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service using empathy when needed while conducting account investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months of customer/client service experience.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, credit check and security fingerprint.
- Must reside in Puerto Rico.
- Must be able to speak English.
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
