1st Shift Hybrid Quality Assurance Associate

El Paso, TX -Westside area

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

Monday - Saturdays 7:00am-5:30pm-OT likely

What you will be doing:

• Training is mandatory and attendance is very critical.
• Training will be 4 weeks from 8:00-5:30 Monday-Friday
• Reviews current processes and reviews trends
• Reviews work produced for errors
• Provide Quality feedback and determine QA ABC grades
• Evaluates for performance standards (SLA’s) required under contracts
• Reconciles transaction processing for data accuracy
• Evaluates workflow tools to run reports
• Attention to detail is critical and ability to pick up on processes quickly is a must.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, that includes an education verification as well.
• Must be able to work Saturdays, they are mandatory.
• Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5. Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router.
• Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT. DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ ,NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
• We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies:
• States: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT & NY
Metro areas: MN -Minneapolis, IL
• - Chicago, NY - New York City, OR - Portland, MD -Montgomery County. WA - Seattle, Washington, DC, CO - Denver, CO

People who succeed in this role have:

• Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physical movements throughout work shift.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medical, Hospital and Dental insurance Claims is preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
