About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality process and/or customer satisfaction and loyalty support. You must have a detailed understanding of Client's Standard Operating Procedures in processes throughout the production floor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge in a Print and Mail production environment
- Experience in Print Operations Quality Compliance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
- Understand production Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- Above average math skills

Job Requirements:
This is a full-time position, working 2nd shift Monday - Friday 3:00 PM until 11:15 PM. We require candidates to be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
