Scanning Operator
On-site position
801 Royal Parkway, Nashville, TN 37214
Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am until completion
Pay rate $18 / hour
Responsible for the routine operation of scanning and check-capturing equipment, performing essential maintenance to ensure quality and minimize downtime. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage long periods of sitting. Additionally, the role may require occasional assistance with mail sorting, which includes standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities :
- Operate scanning equipment for document imaging and check capture, including Keyed Functional Input (KFI) as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on scanning and check transport equipment to minimize errors and operational delays.
- Escalating any service issues to appropriate service contact and / or workflow coordinator / supervisor when required.
- Assist in mail sorting and organization tasks when needed, with the ability to stand for at least an hour at a time.
- Ensure compliance with clean desk policies at the end of each shift.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
