About this Role :
We are currently seeking a Director of Account Management- Automated Document Solutions to join our team. As the Director of Account Management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, capturing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Driving revenue growth : Develop strategies to renew contracts, expand Conduent's value-add to clients, and increase overall domain footprint.
- Identifying and capturing add-on, new capability, and cross-sell opportunities : Drive sales and revenue growth by pursuing and capturing non-recurring revenue (NRR), add-on sales, and new business opportunities.
- Fostering client relationships : Establish and nurture executive relationships with clients, provide thought leadership, and influence positive actions and decisions that impact revenue, delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating across teams : Work closely with Sales Executives to explore new sales opportunities, promote collaboration across the organization, and ensure a unified approach to client management.
- Delivering effective account management : Develop and execute focused Account Business Plans (ABPs) for assigned accounts, maintain Conduent's CRM platform, expand client contact footprint, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders : Collaborate with Service Delivery / Operations and other internal teams to represent Conduent effectively, achieve goals, and mitigate business risks.
- Staying knowledgeable : Continuously educate yourself about our product domain and other Conduent services, proactively communicate with clients about service offerings, and provide reporting and planning as required by leadership.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000-$156,000
