Mailroom Processing Associate
Location: on-site in Helena, MT
Salary: $16.00-$16.25/hr. DOE plus benefits
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm (MST), Monday – Friday
About the Transaction Processing Associate role:
The individual who fills this position will be responsible for supporting operational tasks within a secure mailroom environment. Providing administrative support to business operations by performing transaction tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass insurance screening for use of company vehicle/clear driving record
- Physical demands include frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Experience working with Medicaid/healthcare insurance
- 1 years Customer Service experience in an office environment
Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Screen medical claim forms for completeness of data
- Effective time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is 16.00-16.25/hr DOE
