Provider Enrollment Specialist
Hourly rate $17/hr
Location: Helena, MT (Onsite)
Provider Enrollment team is responsible for processing applications for healthcare providers for participation in the Montana Healthcare Programs.
May perform one or more of the following:
Process Medicaid provider enrollment applications, revalidations, and updates.
Responds to e-mail inquiries and complaints regarding applications.
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
Informs providers about enrollment requirements and assesses provider needs.
Verify images of PR enrollment documents.
Attend scheduled staff meetings.
Complete required assigned training.
Track daily task for quality review.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of data.
Performs clerical tasks in the data entry function.
Required Skills:
HS. Diploma or GED
Experience working with Montana Medicaid
Suggested Skills:
One-year medical insurance or medical office experience

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated pay for this role is $17.00 per hour.
